Our Client is a prestigious printing solutions company specializing in training documentation working with large corporate, technology companies and niche training companies. Our clients services includes printing, procurement, fulfillment and shipping throughout the entire EMEA region and the company works closely with its partners in Australia, India and USA.
The Customer Services team is the first point of contact for all of our customers and partners. They must be able to build rapport with the customers and be responsive to their requirements. Customer Services are responsible for communicating information backwards and forwards between the team and the customers, and for answering customer queries effectively.
The Customer Services team is responsible for the following:-
" Responding to telephone enquiries positively
" Dealing with sales enquiries proactively and communicating them well internally
" Monitor orders and ensure they are shipped on time
" Liaison with shipping organizations to monitor customer shipments
" Managing customers stock
" Providing feedback to the team of customer information
" Covering for Sales Order Administrator
You will have your own customers that will be your responsibility to ensure they have all their needs met. You will be very well supported by the whole team, and given excellent on the job training to ensure you are able to meet customer's requirements.
